INDICATOR 1 - Pay gap between women and men

INDICATOR 2 - Difference in individual increase rates (excluding promotions) between women and men

INDICATOR 3 - Percentage of employees who returned from maternity leave during the reference year and who benefited from an increase upon their return during this same period, if increases occurred during the duration of their leave
